The Blodgett MARK V111 Double Stacked Convection Electric Oven is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, offering twice the cooking capacity of a single oven. It features two independent oven cavities, allowing for simultaneous cooking at different temperatures, making it ideal for large-batch baking and roasting. The oven includes a 2-speed, 1/2 HP convection motor with automatic thermal overload, ensuring even cooking performance.
