These U-shaped burners are skillfully placed to provide even heating across the entire 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. Extremely durable and very simple to clean, this griddle features heavy duty adjustable legs that ensure a long, sturdy product life, and all-metal knobs and knob guards that protect the unit's gas valves from damage.
