This 2018 TurboChef NGO oven is a commercial-grade, high-speed rapid-cook oven that uses a combination of microwave and impingement heating to cook food quickly without sacrificing quality. The NGO model integrates multiple heating technologies to achieve fast cooking times and high throughput. 

• Dual-purpose cooking: The oven combines high-speed convection (impingement) heat and microwave energy. This allows it to quickly heat the center of the food while browning and crisping the exterior.

Cooking performance

With its combination of microwave and convection heating, the 

TurboChef NGO can cook foods significantly faster than traditional ovens. For example, a pizza can be cooked in about 90 seconds.
