The Frymaster SinBaD single-basket dispensing system (model BKSBDSS) is an automated French fry station that dispenses a consistent, pre-programmed weight of fries into a fry basket.

Rapid basket refill enables continuous and efficient operation without needing to manually stage full baskets of product.

Capacity and dispensing

·         Hopper capacity: The insulated hopper can hold up to 39 lbs (17.7 kg) of frozen french fries.

·         Dispensing function: The system automatically dispenses a batch of fries into a basket. A proximity switch releases the product when a basket is placed beneath the dispensing chute.

·         Batch weight: The system is factory-programmed to dispense batches of three standard sizes: 0.5 lbs, 1.0 lbs, or 1.5 lbs. These weights can be reprogrammed.

·         Visibility: A sight glass on the hopper allows operators to monitor the fry level.

·         Cord: A 10-foot power cord is included on domestic units.

·         Voltage options: Also available in 100V, 115V, 208V, 230V, 240V, and 250V configurations.

·         Operator interface: The unit is controlled by a computer and operator panel for managing and programming dispensing options.

·         Hopper clearing: A "Clear Hopper" function allows the operator to empty the entire hopper contents via a motorized door.
