To catch the reclaimed breading mix after sifting, the included side rail holds a tote pan or other container. This breading and batter table is useful for quickly prepping large quantities of fried chicken, mozzarella sticks, corn dogs, and other fried foods. When prepping large batches of battered or breaded food product, this breading table helps the user maintain a uniform crunch and consistency across the entire batch.
