FWE HLC-2127-9 Description

With its 1⁄2-height configuration, the FWE HLC-2127-9 heated holding cabinet can be stored beneath a counter to save storage space. Its three 21-inch by 27-inch stainless steel shelves are secured, spaced apart 1 37⁄100 inches, and can be removed for cleaning to ensure pans are held in a sanitary environment. Overall, the pans can support (18) 12-inch by 20-inch pans and nine GN 2/1 containers. Able to be moved, this 26-inch-wide by 31 1⁄2-inch-deep by 41-inch-high unit is secured on 5-inch casters. To withstand impacts and resist corrosion and rust over time, the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel.

Operators can manage temperatures via the FEW HLC-2127-9 heated cabinet's electronic controls. The digital display provides a temperature readout and can recall the set temperature as needed. To maintain a safe holding environment, the controls' programmable low-temperature alarm notifies users when cabinet temperatures dip unexpectedly. The radiant heat system produces temperatures between 90 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the cabinet is lined with Ultra-Guard UG-26 high-density fiberglass insulation to preserve temperatures when the door is opened for a short period of time.
