This Migali C-CB48-HC chef base has two drawers that accommodate a total of 15 sixth-size food pans, creating a better workflow for kitchen staff. The unit's interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, including the heavy-duty top. Four 6-inch casters enable the unit to be pushed around a kitchen, and brakes ensure the unit is stationary when necessary.

The Migali C-CB48-HC chef base's refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted. It maintains temperatures between 

33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep up with the temperature, users can monitor the display and adjust it as needed using the
