The 21CET8 is constructed of solid 14-gauge stainless steel for superior durability with a sleek, smooth exterior for easy cleaning. Its interior cooking chamber is covered to maximize steam circulation and simplify cleaning. Plus, the tops and bottoms are sloped to eliminate excess moisture buildup.

A unique, durable flat bar heating element and patented high-velocity steam jets heat water quickly and circulate a high volume of steam naturally, without using trouble-prone fans.

Features like a 3.5-gallon generator reservoir, an easy-access cleaning port, remote automatic water level controls, and a deliming indicator light make the Cleveland SteamCraft Ultra 3 simple to operate and maintain.
