The Cleveland KET-12-T electric 12-gallon tabletop 2/3 steam jacketed kettle is a hard-working, self-contained unit that's easy-to-install and use! Its 12-gallon capacity enables you to prepare large batches of stew, pasta, chili, and soup for your restaurant, hotel, or buffet. Thanks to its precise temperature control (less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit of variance), it's ideal for simmering, too!

The Cleveland KET-12-T electric tabletop steam jacketed kettle features welded-in heating elements that hold a vacuum better and won't leak or lose water. Its steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water, and is rated at 50 PSI, with a rear-mounted safety valve to prevent unintentional operation. All exterior surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel.

A splash-proof, solid-state control panel allows simple regulation and monitoring of temperature and heat cycle. It also has a low-water warning. Other special features of the Cleveland KET-12-T tabletop electric steam jacketed kettle include a durable rolled rim that can stand up to abuse, a large capacity pouring lip, and a self-locking, marine-type tilting mechanism that prevents accidental tilting.

This unit requires a 208V 3 phase, 3 wire electrical connection. 208V will put out 9.8 kW while 240V offers 13.1 kW.
