Stoelting F112-38 Description:

The Stoelting F112-38 frozen beverage/shake freezer's 3⁄4-horsepower drive motor and stainless-steel auger blend slushies, shakes, and frozen cocktails to an ideal consistency. To simplify operation, it has a single selector switch, while its Auto/Off/Clean button helps keep the unit clean. A low-mixing warning light with electronic controls improves operational oversight of functions, and to slow mixing, operators can control the heavy-duty speed reducer.

Equipped with a 21.70-quart hopper and an 8.50-quart freezing cylinder, the Stoelting F112-38 frozen beverage/shake freezer machine accommodates up to 5.38 gallons of product at a time. To withstand ambient temperatures, it has a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system, and its filtered bottom air inlet enables it to be installed near other pieces of equipment. Designed for countertop installation, it measures 17 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 1⁄4 inches deep by 33 inches high.
