Ole Hickory Pits EL-ES Wood & Gas fired smoker with rotating rack.  Currently set up for Natural Gas, it can easily be set up for Propane.  This smoker is in excellent condition and needs nothing.  It’s ready to be put to work.  The racks are all stainless steel and will last forever.  It comes with foot-switch for easy rotating.  With Ole Hickory’s rotating racks and cooking chamber fans you never have to worry about hot spots or uneven cooking.  The meats are also self-basting as the top meats drip down on the meats below.

Construction: Heavy duty 12 gauge steel Interior side walls (100% welded & inspected seams) tubular steel frame1 22 gauge stainless steel exterior, mineral wool insulation – rated 1200 degrees F. (contains no asbestos or fiberglass)

Gas Burner: One (1) 65,000 BTU burner with electronic ignition. Available for LPG (Propane) or natural gas.

Firebox: Two (2) regular fireplace size logs will last for up to 6 hours of cooking.  Air over firebox circulation.

Temperature range: Thermostat control range 100 degrees F. to 325 degrees F.

Upper limit Control Switch: Extra safety feature (set at 350 degrees F).
